All UK orders are eligible for Free UK Delivery. All our deliveries to UK are by Royal Mail. We will endeavour to ship your order on the same working day if orders are placed prior to 2pm GMT, subject to availability. Delivery time within the UK is estimated to be within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
If for some reason you are not happy with the received product, please return it with the receipt that came with your order and we will give a full refund. All returns must reach us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unopened. The original packaging and labelling must still be attached. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. We are unable to accept opened containers for refund unless the product is deemed faulty.
Shipping costs will also be refunded should the error be the fault of Purely Health Direct once a shipping receipt is received.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we can only refund the debit/credit card which was used originally for purchase.
